Healty Juice For Kids
Here is a recipe for a healthy juice that is great for kids:
Ingredients:
- 2 medium-sized apples, cored and chopped
- 1 large carrot, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 inch fresh ginger root, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/4 cup water
- Ice cubes
