Mixed Seafood Recipe Pinoy

Here's a popular Pinoy recipe called "Mixed Seafood Adobo" that combines various seafood in a flavorful sauce:

Ingredients:

  • 500g mixed seafood (shrimp, squid, mussels, etc.)
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish, optional)

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, vinegar, minced garlic, and sugar. Mix well to make the adobo sauce.

  3. Add the mixed seafood to the pan and stir-fry for a few minutes until they start to cook and change color.
  4. Pour the adobo sauce into the pan, along with the bay leaf. Stir to coat the seafood evenly.
  5. Bring the mixture to a simmer. Cover the pan and let it cook for about 10-15 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through and the flavors have melded together. Stir occasionally.
  6. Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper according to your preference.
  7. Once the seafood is fully cooked, remove the bay leaf from the pan.
